Christ is the fish which swims in the word having the full armor (scales) of God.  The upper line for the essence of God is not a full line since he 'emptied' himself of deity. When we close our eyes we do not cease being able to see, we simply choose not to see.  The lower horizontal line is not full length because his flesh was made to limp.  So the horn (tittle) is the gospel message declaring that redemption has come to man through the humbling of Christ (the cross) and his 'teaching'.  (The kingdom of God is like leaven [teaching])  His kingdom is the new Jerusalem (which means 'teaching of peace').
