▸ ± Mr 4:3 Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower [1] to sow [2]: ¢ The 'sower' and the 'seed' are both זרע. The sower and the seed are the same person. [3] 'Sowing' is from the same root זרוע which is the act of making distinct between the guilt זר and the flesh ע. |

▸ ± Mr 4:4 And it came to pass [1], as he sowed [2] , some fell [3] by the way side [4] , and the fowls [5] of the air [6] came and devoured [7] it up. |

▸ ± Mr 4:5 And some fell [1] on stony [2] ground [3] , where it had not much earth [4] ; and immediately it sprang up [5] , because it had no depth of earth [6] : |
