The final kaf ך is a kaf כ with the lower horizontal turned down and extending below the line, representing the death of the Son of God. We know it represents the Son of God because it is a kaf, even though it looks like a large dalet ד. The form of the dalet tells us that the Son of God died in obedience to the command of God. It was the will of the Father.
