Peace through the cross

This is the purpose of the temple in Jerusalem. The sacrifices were a symbols of how peace with God was made possible through the death of the Son of God. [1]

But the death of Christ was no more notable than the death of any animal, or of any person unjustly condemned. It is his resurrection that sets him apart. It is not the death that gives life, but his resurrected life which gives it. Planting a seed does not give fruit. It is the springing to life from the dead seed which produces.
Can you find symbols of the resurrection of Christ in the temple and sacrifice dramas?
  1. Ro 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
