את ↬ alphabet As the first and last letter of the alphabet, את represents the whole alphabet.

It appears in Ge 1:1 twice, suggesting that that a heavenly alphabet was created before the heavens, and an earthly alphabet was created before the earth. The final shin is never used to form any word. It is the end of the 28-letter alphabet.
