You may know

Isa 43:10 Ye [are] my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

God says that we may KNOW, but the church often teaches us to NOT believe! In the name of scholarship and collective wisdom gained through the ages, we are taught:

You cannot know if there is a God, you can only believe.
But we know there IS a God, because we believe.
Our knowledge is made sure by interpreting reality through that belief.
We cannot know that the Bible is the word of God.
But if we believe what it says, it tells us that it is.
And even the churches can't agree on which parts are to be believed.
And when they do believe the same parts, they argue about how to understand them.

Organization have sprung up outside the church to give evidences that there is a God and that the Bible is his word, but even these are not embraced, but held at arms distance since they are often ridiculed for not being scientific.

And the skeptics are correct! This is nonsense!

God said we could KNOW.
