The first letter of the alphabet is called "Aleph". It is said to be a silent letter, since it is a vowel producing only breath. Like his name 'Yahweh', his hidden name in the silent aleph 'ee-oo-ee' tells us that God is Spirit. [1]
  1. Joh 4:24 God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.
