Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

When was Jesus called "The everlating Father"? When he is called "Truth".

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The Hebrew word for truth is אמת. It is the word את for 'eternal' and the מ which represents the Father. By saying he is the Truth we say that he is the Everlasting Father.

Don't get your panties in a bunch over the Trinity. Isaiah called him the Father and Jesus said:

Joh 10:30 I and [my] Father are one.

I still don't understand it, but at least now I see the fulfillment of Is 9:6 in Joh 14:6.
