Jud 19:1 ¶ And it came to pass in those days, when [there was] no king in Israel, that there was a certain Levite sojourning on the side of mount Ephraim, who took to him a concubine out of Bethlehemjudah.

no king - no control of the flesh

certain Levite - Christ as priest

mt. Ephraim - double ash-heap....cast, calf, young, dust, powder, ashes, mortar אפר On what basis is the name “Ephraim” given the etymology of “ash heap”?

side ירכה - thigh - purpose of life

took - married

Bethlehemjudah - House of bread/war praised
