Lu 16:3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed.

Steward ☧: Christ alone
Steward ☧: No banquet before the cross
Steward ☧: Unfruitful

Christ could not obtain relief from the cross by trade כרה, nor could he go to the wedding banquet and feast כרה until after the resurrection.

Christ was ashamed of his increase of God ש-אל by teaching because he had been unfruitful. He would die alone.
