The book of the Father
There are two sets of three fathers: | |
Adam, Seth, Noah | The accounts of these are concerned with the spiritual (heavenly) relationship with God. [1] |
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob | The accounts of these concern the inheritance of land/earth .[2] |
The perspective of the book is as a father bragging on his son. | "Here is my son. Look at him. There is trouble, but he has it covered." |
The bulk of the book speaks of the son Joseph, who is the king of kings. [3] |
