WLC - Answer 5 (Bob) The principal teaching of scripture is that God alone is God. This is done through four voices which permeate all of scripture:

Prophet - of Christ and the cross
Judge - confronting sin
Priest - of the Word reconciling the world to himself
King - disciplining the flesh
