WLC - Question 12 What are the decrees of God?

WLC - Answer 12 God's decrees are the wise, free, and holy acts of the counsel of his will, whereby, from all eternity, he has, for his own glory, unchangeably foreordained: Whatsoever comes to pass in time, especially concerning angels and men.

WLC - Answer 12 (Bob) Since time is an illusion, his decrees are statements of his purpose, which he has or shall accomplish, in spite of obstacles placed by undetermined free agents.
