WLC - Question 22 Did all mankind fall in that first transgression?

WLC - Answer 22 The covenant being made with Adam as a public person, not for himself only, but for his posterity, all mankind descending from him by ordinary generation, sinned in him, and fell with him in that first transgression.

WLC - Answer 22 (Bob) The removal of Adam from a timeless eternity, to an estate within time, where decay is a reminder of the penalty of sin, all born of our first parents are born into a state of decay, and all die. Adam's free choice of disobedience prefigures Christ's choice to be made sin. Eve's deception is mirrored in the deception the flesh has on all men, who now instinctively make themselves gods and enemies of God, by serving the flesh.
