''troop'' and ''coriander''. It might seem impossible for two words to be so different yet be identical in form, but not when talking of metaphor. By the letters Gad means ''pursue ג the teaching/command ד''. The troop, or soldier , pursues obeying the command. Coriander was the flavor of manna. Israel obeyed God when they gathered manna, but there is more to it. Manna is the second unleavened bread. Jesus taught that the bread was his body given/broken for us AND Jesus is the Word. As they gathered manna they painted a picture of pursuing THE WORD.
