Nun [[ן]] is the symbol of the messiah. It means 'fish'. Christ is the fish which swims in the word having the full armor (scales) of God. The upper line for the essence of God is not a full line since he 'emptied' himself of deity. This means he 'closed his eyes to it'. When we close our eyes we do not cease being able to see, we simply choose not to see. The lower horizontal line is not full length because his flesh was made to limp. Rather than having the best of both worlds, he is the fulfillment of the one who is "halting between two opinions" having chosen the worse of both worlds. He was least in this world, and chose not to grasp for deity. He gained no personal benefit from either kingdom.
So the horn (tittle) is the gospel message declaring that redemption has come to man through the humbling of Christ (the cross) and his 'teaching'. (The kingdom of God is like leaven [teaching]) His kingdom is the new Jerusalem (which means 'teaching of peace').
