Jot and tittle
Jot comes from the Greek iota which is phonetically similar to yud י and in Greek and Hebrew represents the smallest thing. This is Christ as the least of these. But it also contains every thought God had of creation, every word he spoke to create, and everything he created.
- Col 1:17 and he is before all things, and in him all things consist.
Tittle in Greek means 'horn'. In Hebrew the word for 'horn' is 'qaran' קרן

Qof ק
Qof ק - is redemption. Draw the Qof with a kof כ as the Son of God, but keep the lower horizontal a bit above the lower line of square text template, representing that the Son of God hung above the earth (on the cross). Also cut it short. This letter represents the time of the Son until the cross, he has more time on earth after the resurrection. The adde the vertical line on the left. Notice that it does not have the same cap as the zayin ז and it does not reach the upper line but descends below the lower line. The Son of God descended, before ascending. In this letter the ascension is not complete because he does not yet have his bride as in the shin ש.
Rosh ר
Rosh ר has the full substance of God revealed to man. The curved corner says that it is more than just a cold word like the dalet ד (representing a declaration, or command), but a living word.
Nun ן
Nun ן is the symbol of the messiah. It means 'fish'. Christ is the fish which swims in the word having the full armor (scales) of God. The upper line for the essence of God is not a full line since he 'emptied' himself of deity. This means he 'closed his eyes to it'. When we close our eyes we do not cease being able to see, we simply choose not to see. The lower horizontal line is not full length because his flesh was made to limp. Rather than having the best of both worlds, he is the fulfillment of the one who is "halting between two opinions" having chosen the worst of both worlds. He was least in this world, and chose not to grasp for deity. He gained no personal benefit from either kingdom.
So the horn (tittle) is the gospel message declaring that redemption has come to man through the humbling of Christ (the cross) and his 'teaching'. (The kingdom of God is like leaven [teaching]) His kingdom is the new Jerusalem (which means 'teaching of peace').
Four horns
The gospel; the preaching of the cross (tittle 'qaran' קרן), was given through the four voices of God. (Ex 27:2, Ex 38:2, Eze 43:15, Exe 43:20, Da 8:8, Zec 1:18)
When Jesus said not a jot or tittle would pass away, he said that neither Christ in his humility, nor in his proclamation of the Gospel (his authority over sin and death) would the law be broken (pass away). This is why he could say that he did not come to do away with the law, but to fulfill it. The gospel is the fulfillment of the law accomplished through his humility.
It also means that not the smallest part of any letter of any word of His, will be lost, or not accomplish it's purpose.
