⚫ Jesus said that they have never seen nor heard the Father אב. [1] yet the word used here implies an utterance or the articulation of sounds. Obviously 'God' suggests something different than 'the father' [2] or 'spake' is used metaphorically, or he used the proxy of prophets to speak to the fathers.
