Marriage doctrine
The Hebrew word for marriage is 'laqach' לקח. [1] But it also means 'doctrine' or learning'. [2] [3]
- Israel means 'man joined to God by revelation'. Israel was called the wife of God. And now the word for marriage means that the wife is taught by God. [4]
