God walking counted as a tree

God walking in the garden is interpreted to be a tree in the riddle. Here are the hints:

Le 27:30 And all the tithe of the land, [whether] of the seed of the land, [or] of the fruit of the tree, [is] the LORD’S: [it is] holy unto the LORD.
Mt 12:33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his] fruit.
The fruit of the tree is the Lord's, therefore the Lord is a tree. This riddle is confirmed by the second verse, that a tree is known by it's fruit.
