Thank you for your exegetical analysis of the word/phrases in the Genesis account of creation.

I thought it was interesting when you discussed the reason for the plural use of the word God. Some have said that there is no specific reference or evidence of the Trinity in the Bible but I beg to differ. I was always taught that the first evidence was in verse

Ge 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness..." because of the use of the pronoun "us". And I believed that for years until I read in verse 1:1 which uses the plural masculine noun form for God the Hebrew transliteration [אֱלֹהִים ]] 'elohiym - "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." Also, the transliteration of the word "created" is בָּרָא bara' is in perfect verb tense meaning it is a "completed" action. To me that is saying that God completed everything in the beginning as stated in the first verse.

You are on a good path... trusting that God intends to speak of his Son in all the scripture.

The first testimony of the Trinity actually derives from the 'jots' and tittle' or 'yuds and vavs' in Hebrew, even before you form a word.

Before God spoke he had to make letters, and before he made letters, he had to make the strokes with which to form the letters. The first testimony of the Trinity is the blank page, the yud and the vav.

God commanded that when an altar was built is should be made of uncut stone, because men pollute the stone when they cut it.

Ex 20:25 And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.

The blank page represents God.

When God decided to create the universe, there was no place to put it since even "The heaven of heavens cannot contain thee". There is no container larger than God, so he could not create the universe outside of himself. He opened up a void within himself. This is represented by the yud י. This first work of God is the void. It is the first indication that God would become empty. It is the first indication of the kenosis, and as such, represents the Son. Every letter is drawn by first drawing a yud. All words are formed by letters, and everything made was spoken into existence by words. By him all things were created.

The vav ו is the first pouring into the void of the Spirit of God. It is the first thundering "Let there be Light.." from which the Holiness of God is distinguished and clarified. The vav represents the Spirit who gives life and distinguishes between the living and the dead.

All the other letters are formed by these three: the blank page, the yud and the vav. By these, all things are made.

I notice that you are using the modern vowel points. These did not exist at the time of Christ and were added by Jews who rejected Christ.

Watch what happens:

אֱמֹר - said, word
אִמְּרִ - lamb

With modern vowels, one is led to believe that they are different words. But they were the same word when Jesus read them.

God SAID "Let there be light". He created light by his WORD. The WORD is the LAMB.

Thank you so much in taking the time to give such detailed explanation and interpretation of the scriptures. I have much to think about and reflect on now. I will be getting back to you. Again, thanks so much for sharing. Very interesting!
