Ge 1:1 ברא - Sensus Plenior

Ge 1:1 ברא

God spoke creation into existence. The word create ברא bara tells us that the revelation is the Word and Water which created.[1]

While observing that the Water ר created, notice that the water itself was not created.

Come הא carrying () water, revelation ר
  1. Joh 1:1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Since God spoke whenever he created, it is proper to understand 'bara' ברא as the word by which God created Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God. Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
