אשרי: a man אשי with the revelation ר in his heart
that keep
נצרי reveal ר through a new life י, the son's נ righteousness צ
This is a metaphor for the shin ש the word returns with an increase. The second usage of 'blessed' appears to trigger the meaning of the second letter (we'll see if this plays out).
